We are excited to welcome the Building Codes Assistance Project (BCAP) to our growing portfolio of energy projects.  First established in 1994 as a joint initiative of the Alliance to Save Energy, the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy, and the Natural Resources Defense Council, BCAP is well-recognized in local, regional, national and international energy circles as the “go-to” resource for energy code support, coordination, technical assistance, and code-related news and information.
