Giulia Siccardo
Chair, Audit & Risk Oversight CommitteeGiulia Siccardo is a clean energy and infrastructure expert with over 14 years of experience spanning critical minerals, grid and power systems, manufacturing, and mobility. She currently leads Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners’ North America operations, across investing, portfolio management, and fund formation, and serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. Quinbrook is a value-add energy infrastructure investor with a focus on energy transition.
Previously, Giulia served in the Biden Administration as the inaugural Director of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Manufacturing & Energy Supply Chains, where she oversaw deployment of tens of billions of dollars in domestic infrastructure investments and workforce development initiatives. Earlier in her career, she was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she advised leading investors and climate-tech ventures and co-founded Frontier, a $1B+ initiative to accelerate high-durability carbon removal.
Giulia holds a dual BA from Dartmouth and an MBA from Harvard Business School and was recently appointed a Distinguished Industry Fellow at Dartmouth’s Arthur L. Irving Institute for Energy and Society.
