Jordan Hughes

Board Member Attorney, Berger Montague PC

Jordan Hughes is an attorney at Berger Montague PC, where he practices in the firm’s Environmental, Consumer Protection, and Mass Tort departments. He represents individuals, class actions, and government entities in offensive litigation against corporations and industries who prioritized their own profits over the health and safety of the public. Jordan first learned the law from working with public defender organizations, and takes pride in continuing to use litigation to provide platforms for those whose voices are often overlooked, especially in the aftermath of major contamination incidents and environmental disasters. Before going to law school, Jordan spent time in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, where he worked in the education sector of the coordinated humanitarian response to the Rohingya refugee crisis. Jordan holds a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, where he studied international affairs and Arabic, and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.
