Tripti is a senior commercial leader with over 15 years of experience across the energy, engineering, and technology sectors. She brings deep expertise in strategic contracting, risk management, value creation and cross-functional decision-making for complex infrastructure and clean energy projects.

As a board member of Multiplier, Tripti is passionate about advancing the organization’s mission to empower nonprofits with the tools, confidence, and capabilities they need to maximize their impact. She brings a practitioner’s perspective on navigating ambiguity, translating strategy into execution, and enabling disciplined, values-aligned decision-making in service of mission-driven outcomes.

Previously, Tripti served as a Project Director managing a $500M+ clean energy project portfolio, worked as a consultant with the Environmental Defense Fund on commercial energy efficiency initiatives supporting the Second Nature Climate Commitment, and began her career as a Power and Gas Engineer with Siemens Energy. She holds an MBA from William & Mary and lives in Texas.
