Al is an HR leader with over 10+ years of professional Human Resources Management, supervisory, customer relations and benefits experience. Al has worked in areas such as employee relations, total rewards (such as benefits, classification & compensation), training and development, and enforcing federal and state employment laws. He truly understands what it means to be a trustworthy and kind professional by maintaining confidentiality, as well as motivating others and creating a culture where all feel accepted. Al leverages his talents Benefits and Total Rewards to support the work in the HR Department and the organization as a whole.

When Al is not working in the People area of HR you can find him in a city near you performing and singing with his group Algeron Wright and Triumphant Praise. Al is a talented singer, songwriter and producer, who has recorded and written Billboard Charting songs such as Created to Win, Ready to Serve, From Our Hearts and High and Lifted Up.
