Al is an HR leader with over 10+ years of professional Human Resources Management, supervisory, customer relations and benefits experience. Al has worked in areas such as employee relations, total rewards (such as benefits, classification & compensation), training and development, and enforcing federal and state employment laws. He truly understands what it means to be a trustworthy and kind professional by maintaining confidentiality, as well as motivating others and creating a culture where all feel accepted. Al is excited to share his talents with Multiplier in the areas of Benefits and Total Rewards, which allow him to work in the HR Department and support the organization as a whole.

When Al is not working in the People area of HR you can find him in a city near you performing and singing with his group Algeron Wright and Triumphant Praise. Al is a talented singer, songwriter and producer, who has recorded and written Billboard Charting songs such as Created to Win, Ready to Serve, From Our Hearts and High and Lifted Up.
