Experiences Alice brings into her work

Alice’s passion for supporting mission-driven work began in her teenage years, setting the stage for a lifelong career dedicated to service and impact. Over the past 25 years, she has built a robust career, honing her skills in strategic planning, fundraising and development, program management, finance, and leadership. Her journey includes founding her own non-profit organization and later leading the U.S. operations for a multinational organization. With a comprehensive suite of management skills and extensive expertise in development and fundraising, Alice is well-equipped to advance Multiplier’s projects at any stage of their fundraising journey, ensuring continued progress and success.

What brings Alice joy outside of work

Outside of work, Alice is a skilled alpinist and climber and serves as the Unit Leader for a volunteer Mountain Search and Rescue Unit. She enjoys climbing, backpacking and diving in new countries to satisfy her wanderlust (she’s been to 39 on six continents) and is a lover of all animals. In addition to English, Alice is fluent in Cantonese and can speak conversational Spanish.
