Darlene believes that no one succeeds alone. With a decade-long commitment to advancing social justice and equitable development, she has dedicated her professional life to making a meaningful impact. At Multiplier, she leverages her legal skills to foster fair partnerships in contracting, effective risk management, and thorough organizational compliance.

Outside of work, Darlene can be found reading a cozy mystery, biking around town, or working on a home project. She is also known to cook up a storm and throw living room dance parties with her family. Darlene is based in the San Francisco/Bay Area, California and proficient in Tagalog (a dialect of the Philippines).
