Her engagement in climate resilience projects in Pacific Island nations profoundly moved her, as she witnessed the local communities fiercely protect their homes amidst natural disasters—an experience that cemented her commitment to mission-driven work. Over the past nine years, she has worked alongside local organizations and project teams across Africa, Asia, the Caucasus, and the Pacific. At Multiplier, she channels that drive into strengthening compliance systems and supporting teams with clarity and joy. Whether streamlining processes or navigating complex challenges, Jess brings a positive, solutions-focused mindset that helps teams do their best work.

What brings Jess joy outside of work

Outside of work, Jess loves listening to music (and singing along), trying out new recipes, and watching K-dramas. She’s originally from the Philippines and now based in Central Valley, California with her husband and rescue golden, Jeorgie.
