Experiences Kristin brings into her work

Kristin cares about people, and it’s evident in every part of her work. With a focus on developing our leaders all throughout their tenure at Multiplier, our teams benefit directly from Kristin’s empowerment-based approach in building a strong learning culture. Kristin has worked in the human resources and leadership field for more than fifteen years, including within the legal and the technology sector.

What brings Kristin joy outside of work

Outside of work, Kristin, who, at an early chapter in her career, was a working chef (trained at the Ritz Escoffier) and a certified kettlebell instructor, can be found whipping up some spicy seasonal fare, listening to her favorite podcasts and audiobooks while trying to exhaust her pup Quinn, and hanging out with friends and family—especially at rock concerts. In addition to English, Kristin is fluent in French.
