Otha describes himself as mission-driven and a bridge builder. He started working with nonprofits and community organizations at the age of 12, leading to a lifelong passion for helping people wherever he can reach them. He has extensive experience and a strong track record in government grants management, monitoring, and compliance, on both the auditee and the auditor sides. He sees successful fulfillment of grant expectations as a way of creating meaningful impact for communities.

Otha is originally from Chicago but has lived and worked in Atlanta since attending Morehouse College. Outside of work, you will find Otha exploring the Atlanta area with his wife and son looking for new food spots or spending time with family and friends.
