Across more than a decade in nonprofit consulting, startup operations, and nonprofit program delivery, Priya has developed deep expertise in organizational development, stakeholder management, and cross-functional operations. She has used that experience to help mission-driven organizations stabilize and scale during periods of transition. She brings a steady presence to complex work, seeks to understand the dynamics at play, and builds practical systems that help people focus on what matters most.

What brings Priya joy outside of work

Outside of work, Priya finds joy in creating meaningful experiences for her friends and family. She has thoughtfully designed everything from a floral arrangement class to an interfaith wedding ceremony. She also enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs.
