Tyler has spent nearly a decade advocating for “communities of opportunity” that are often underserved. Driven by his own upbringing, he is dedicated to being the change he wants to see. His justice-focused nonprofit experience is built on a foundation of intersectionality. By blending programmatic and administrative expertise, Tyler balances efficient systems thinking with human-centered design, ensuring that those impacted by the work always remain the top priority.

What brings Tyler joy outside of work

Outside of work, you can find Tyler binge streaming a new TV series, cycling, or trying a new restaurant (foodie at heart)! He enjoys travelling, trying new recipes, and being in community with his loved ones. He’s willing to attempt almost anything at least once, even skydiving (although he opted out of jumping out of the plane at the last second 😅). He considers himself a lifelong learner and welcomes any opportunity to expand his knowledge.
