Zephine loves supporting hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process, creating an experience that is thoughtful, collaborative, and human centered. She has five years of experience in nonprofit HR, partnering with hiring managers across multiple departments to recruit, hire, and onboard employees. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences and a master’s degree in Applied Psychology, Zephine approaches her work with curiosity, creativity, and resourcefulness. She is driven by a desire to understand the “why” behind decisions and what motivates individuals, allowing her to effectively support people with diverse needs and perspectives.

What brings Zephine joy outside of work

Zephine is a passionate foodie who loves cooking and exploring the Bay Area’s diverse culinary scene. She also enjoys traveling and has recently visited Japan, South Korea, and Puerto Rico. In her free time, she can often be found attending concerts or spending quality time with friends.
