Constance de Brun

Constance is dedicated to advancing missions and expanding impact. She brings more than two decades of nonprofit management experience, predominantly in conservation and sustainability. Working at the intersection of finance and strategy, Constance applies entrepreneurial thinking and operational excellence to accelerate success. She considers herself a program person in finance clothing. She loves complex challenges, envisioning what could be, and making it happen. A mentor and cheerleader, Constance inspires high performance while fostering team spirit.

Constance lives in the Boston area with her husband, two sons, four rescue cats, and a guinea pig. Outside of work, she can be found at the ice rink with her boys or at the lake with her family. She enjoys birding, skiing, and scuba diving, preferably in exotic locales. She dreams of seeing all 18 penguin species in the wild. She is passionate about social justice and endeavors to serve as an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community. In addition to English, Constance is proficient in French and can order dessert in German and Italian.
