Izzy believes strong organizational cultures are built through culture add rather than culture fit — where each team member expands what an organization can become. With over a decade of experience helping workplaces center their team members as integral to their mission, Izzy approaches people development as both culture work and structural change. Grounded in lived experience as a Black queer person, they design systems that help teams share power and build accountability.
At Multiplier, Izzy leads learning and people development initiatives that strengthen team culture, leadership, and ways of working across the portfolio. Their work includes leading org-wide learning spaces and building recognition and feedback practices that help teams surface challenges early and ensure team members have what they need to grow and shape the culture around them.
What brings Izzy joy outside of work
Outside of work, you can find Izzy writing music on their guitar, cuddling with their cats, modding video games, or attending metal concerts across the Midwest.
