Izzy Spriggs

Izzy Community Building & Outreach Manager

advocate | mobilizer | musician

Izzy strives to create radically inclusive, empathy-driven spaces. With a social and community psychology research background, she has a deep understanding of the systemic barriers that nonprofit professionals and their served communities face. In understanding this, they create strategic, person-centered platforms as a catalyst for equity, connection and a sense of belonging for project teams at Multiplier.

Outside of work, you can find Izzy hiking, camping, writing music on their guitar & piano, and tending to their household pets and neighborhood cat colony. She also enjoys connecting with others across the globe through indie video games. In addition to English, Izzy is fluent in German and conversational in Québécois French.
