Experiences Izzy brings into their work

Izzy strives to create radically inclusive, empathy-driven spaces that activate thriving. They have been facilitating since age 13, when they began leading peer social justice workshops. Her work involves guiding groups in exploring topics such as healing, storytelling, and social identities that expand our understanding of the world and of each other. At Multiplier, she applies social and community psychology to building community initiatives for fellow changemakers to come home to ourselves and our “why.” Leveraging their knack for inspiring joy, Izzy co-creates responsive, human-centered initiatives as a catalyst for equity, connection, and belonging for Multiplier’s collective project teams.

What brings Izzy joy outside of work

Outside of work, you can find Izzy hiking, camping, writing music on their guitar & piano, and tending to their household pets and neighborhood cat colony. She also enjoys playing and modding video games like Skyrim, Stardew Valley, and the Sims. In addition to English, Izzy is fluent in German and conversational in Québécois French.
