Izzy strives to create radically inclusive, empathy-driven spaces. With a social and community psychology research background, she has a deep understanding of the systemic barriers that nonprofit professionals and their served communities may experience. Leveraging their research expertise and knack for inspiring joy, they create strategic, person-centered initiatives as a catalyst for equity, connection, and belonging for Multiplier’s collective project teams.

Outside of work, you can find Izzy hiking, camping, writing music on their guitar & piano, and tending to their household pets and neighborhood cat colony. She also enjoys playing video games with gamers across the globe. In addition to English, Izzy is fluent in German and conversational in Québécois French.

  • B.A. in Psychology with Concentrations in Social Psychology and Community Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington
  • M.P.A. in Nonprofit Management and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion from Indiana University Bloomington – in progress
