Jessica is passionate about turning the fine print into fine-tuned project success. With over 10 years of experience in the UN, government, and public charity sectors, Jessica has a proven track record of advising projects on donor funding and compliance, conducting contract review and negotiation processes, and providing capacity-building support on contracting and grantmaking practices.

Jessica takes joy helping project teams navigate the complexities of legal terms to transform them into concrete actions that make a real impact throughout the whole project lifecycle. She thrives when forming and working in dynamic, cross-functional teams to improve organizational efficiencies and achieve optimal results.

What brings Jessica joy outside of work

A native German speaker, Jessica is also fluent in English and French. Outside of work, she can be found out in the woods with her family, on a tennis court or indulging in her love of baking.
