Katherine loves to see people thrive in their work. With over a decade of experience in nonprofit HR and recruitment, she has seen time and again how pairing the right people with the right roles and organizations can be a catalyst for true impact, and a significant contributor to personal fulfillment. With a bachelor’s and master’s in music, voice, and opera, Katherine brings creativity and passion into her work. Katherine works to gain a deep understanding of the people, teams, and projects she supports, and strives to be a positive ambassador of Multiplier and its projects in all of her interactions.

What brings Katherine joy outside of work

Katherine enjoys exploring the Hampton Roads and Chesapeake Bay area of Virginia with her husband and two boys, and can occasionally be found at the local yoga studio, jogging with her dog, Reese, or thrifting. Alongside her work at Multiplier, Katherine maintains a parallel career as an operatic soprano.
