Sara is the mechanic of non-profit operations. With her bag of non-profit leadership, business development tools, and certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute, she helps ensure that the machine is running to its fullest potential. She believes that operational excellence and strategic planning are powerful tools for non-profits to achieve great impact and change in the world. Her superpower is to take a high-level vision and complex problems and transform them into operationally sound plans, procedures, and roadmaps for the future. She is passionate about giving back to our community, servant leadership, and borderline obsessed with animals.

What brings Sara joy outside of work

Outside of work, you will find Sara enjoying life to its fullest with her husband and three kids. On the weekends, you can find her at a baseball field, K-pop concert, or having a family adventure.
