Her nearly decade-long experience in non-profit finance and operations reflects a steadfast commitment to making a positive impact. She is passionate about addressing challenges such as climate change through a holistic approach that integrates financial strategies with nature-based solutions.

Before joining Multiplier, Tinisha dedicated herself to an academic journey which led to the exploration of the fascinating world of microbes, specifically microalgae. This pursuit extended into teaching biology at esteemed institutions such as the University of Texas. This scientific and educational foundation informs her approach to her current work and further enriches her collaborative communication style. Outside the professional realm, Tinisha leads an active and adventurous life.

Her love for nature extends to activities like hiking, backpacking, and gardening, with a particular fondness for all things chloroplastic. She finds joy in simple pleasures, such as enjoying a nice cup of coffee and spending quality time with her dog.
